Researchers say a “fountain of youth” pill is now closer to reality.

The team found that extremely low doses of the drug lenalidomide can: “Stimulate the body’s immune-cell protein factories, which decrease production during aging, and rebalance the levels of several key cytokines – immune proteins that either attack viruses and bacteria or cause inflammation that leads to an overall decline in health.” Click here for the story. Preoperative computer imaging useful in rhinoplasty cases

Umang Mehta, M.D., of Atherton Plastic Surgery Center, headed a team that analyzed assessments by surgeons and nonsurgeons of photographs and morphed preoperative computer imaging (PCI) images of 38 rhinoplasty patients six months post-procedure. Most women think the perfect age to get plastic surgery is 52 years, 41 weeks and four days, according to a new survey.
