Supported by partner Luke Kennedy, Kimberly, 22, of Nefyn, has joined donating website myfreeimplants.com and is urging other women unhappy with their appearance to follow suit.

Online “benefactors” can log on and read profiles of women before donating towards the £5,000 cost of breast implants in exchange for messages and photos sent from some of the 1,000 women on the database.
