Cosmetic surgery is increasingly seen as mainstream. Its not just for movie stars and the extremely wealthy any more. These days soccer moms are increasingly likely to do breast augmentation or a tummy tuck. And why not? They look better and feel better. Why should the rich and famous have all the fun?
